We worked with our wonderful client to remodel her hall bathroom and bring it into this century. This project brought an outdated and dark bathroom into an open, modern and bright contemporary bathroom.
Like many homes we renovate, this one’s dated 90’s style needed an update eg. oak cabinets, laminate countertops, and vinyl floors. Now, every new finish feels fresh and contemporary, with meaningful placement and color.
One design highlight is the use of patterns and tones throughout the bathroom. From the black and white patterned tile to the splash of blue with gold accessory accents, every finish choice adds to the overall sense of balance and brightness in the newly designed space. From top to bottom, this room is such a fun mix of bold trends, timeless style, and functional design. It was a joy for us to partner with our client and help transform her bathroom into space she can enjoy using and sharing!
In this article, we share each product so that you can get this look for your next project too!
We used Delta, an incredible, durable brand that has plenty of design styles and colors for every type of style. The use of champagne bronze here really pops against the rest of the colors, more than maybe a stainless silver would.Kohler Archer 2 Piece Elongated Toilet
The toilet we chose has nice, clean and curvy lines, nothing too bold but it compliments the curves in the tile and is minimalistic while being water and energy-efficient!
This incredible patterned porcelain tile is really one of the visual cornerstones of this bathroom and helps bring in a playful, yet classy look.White 10" Hex Porcelain Floor Tile
Hex is making a big comeback, and we love it! Geometric shapes are so much fun to play with and the white grout we used help to blend seamlessly with the more intensely patterned tile. We also used it as the vanity backsplash to help tie everything together.

Unfortunately, this vanity is no longer for sale, but it is fairly easy to find a similarly styled one. This is a free-hanging vanity, which helps save space, because they are usually not as deep, but also makes for a cleaner lined look.Minka Lavery Tube LED Wall Sconce, Honey Gold
This tube-like lighting fixtureColton Wall Mirror
This mirror is a little different since we were already playing with shapes, we thought this would accent the space well. It is different than the standard rectangle mirror and ties in with the hardware, and gives its contemporary boutique look!Delta Trinsic Accessories in Champagne Bronze
You can use the same link above for the Delta fixtures. We find it easiest to stick with the same brand across accessories so you don't have to worry about different types of the same finish matching!DreamLine Linea Single Panel Shower Screen 30"W x 72"H, Open Entry, Satin Black
Finally, the glass shower door, we picked one from Houzz but you are able to get a glass panel like this easily from any local glass manufacturer.
